MachineMail answers by email. Write to the address that matches your question so it reaches the right people.

## Support

Email [support@machinemail.dev](mailto:support@machinemail.dev) for help with your account, your organization, domains, plans or the API. When the question is about your account, write from the email address you sign in with, and include your organization name and any `inbox_id` or `message_id` the question is about. Do not send API keys by email.

## Report abuse

If you get unwanted mail, phishing or anything else that breaks the [Acceptable Use Policy](/acceptable-use) from a MachineMail address, tell us at [abuse@machinemail.dev](mailto:abuse@machinemail.dev). Include the full message with its headers if you can.

## Service status

Incidents and maintenance are posted on the status page at [status.machinemail.dev](https://status.machinemail.dev). Check it first when the API or the dashboard is not answering.
